I really love this herbal blend and have come back to it repeatedly and also gifted it because it is just so supportive and soothing. Even it's taste has depth of flavor to it and reminds me to slow down, whether I take a few drops or a dropperful in tea or water. I am so thankful for it!
Purchased a few times now, and it is a lovely, balanced tincture that is named perfectly. I like to take this in the late afternoon when I start to lose a little energy. I take it about 4 times a week. A little strong, herbal taste but I really enjoy it. Keeps me powering through and then lets me rest well in the evening!
I’ve been using this on and off for several years and have recommended it to others. The taste is a bit bitter, which I don’t mind but it definitely helps me feel more relaxed. I typically take this with the sunshine tonic and or the stress buster and it milky oats. I notice a difference when I stop using the tinctures. Thank you!
