Shipping

Orders are shipped once a week, usually Mondays or Tuesdays. Please keep in mind that all remedies are handmade in small batches to order.

At this time, I offer two different shipping options through USPS - First Class Package or Priority Mail. Postage is calculated by weigh so shipping cost varies. We offer free shipping on all orders over $100!

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package, please let us know.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded.

All of our shipping materials are up-cycled and compostable. Pro tip: The packing shreds make a great addition to compost!

Local Pickup

Instead of paying for shipping you now have the option to choose Local Pickup at checkout! Orders are usually ready within 24-48 hours but you will get an email with pickup instructions as soon as your order is ready.

Pick up is in northeast Baltimore - Hamilton neighborhood. 

Returns

At this time we're not able to accept returns on any products. But, if for whatever reason you are not happy with something you purchased, please let us know and we'll work something out!
