I'm happy to have a backup bottle now, as the one I've been using for many years is less than half full and I'd been concerned about running out and not having more on hand, because I've relied on (a formulation from several years ago that I can't read because the label's been worn off through years of use, but may differ some from the current formulation) this product any time I have cramps.
3 drops usually relieve my symptoms within 15 minutes, though on a few occasions I've had to dose more than once, and on a single location I tried a couple increasing doses over time and eventually needed 11 whole drops to get relief!
I happened to pick this up at a local shop, and I'm so thankful I did. It is a godsend when I get my period and have terrible cramps. It's the only thing that has worked for me and I love that I'm able to find natural relief. HeyThanks is now the only tincture brand I trust and can't wait to try other products!

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to give a shout out to this dynamo tincture. I have been using it for a few months now and it makes such a noticeable difference in my pain levels and my mood. I have been able to taper pain medication off if I start taking this early and consistently enough. My only problem is I keep running out, haha! It’s a phenomenal blend and really does the trick for me… by far the best herbal remedy I have tried for period pain. Thank you, Katelyn!
I’ve used this tincture for cramps for years, it’s super effective at calming the intensity and I honestly kind of love the taste. I’m even able to avoid using pain killers with this stuff!
