Purchased a few times now, and it is a lovely, balanced tincture that is named perfectly. I like to take this in the late afternoon when I start to lose a little energy. I take it about 4 times a week. A little strong, herbal taste but I really enjoy it. Keeps me powering through and then lets me rest well in the evening!

Effective

I’ve been using this on and off for several years and have recommended it to others. The taste is a bit bitter, which I don’t mind but it definitely helps me feel more relaxed. I typically take this with the sunshine tonic and or the stress buster and it milky oats. I notice a difference when I stop using the tinctures. Thank you!

As the name suggests, this blend has been so helpful when I really need to get things done! The milky oats and nettles help to calm my nerves and the ashwagandha helps me climb over the hurdle. It has a lovely hint of sweetness that balances out the bitter flavor of ashwagandha, making it quite tasty!
