Milky Oats are good friends with SJW – helping us find our path back to our happiest and healthiest self, re-centering and building back up a depleted nervous system. Lemon balm is there to uplift and help put our mind at ease. Lastly, calendula gets the lymph moving and makes sure you’re not holding on to any toxins or physical things that might bring you down.
**Since SJW works on the liver, you should double check with your doctor if you take any sort of prescription medication (SSRI’s, MAOIs, oral contraceptives, high blood pressure medications, anti-fungals, ect) as this tincture could change their efficacy.

This is one of the only natural remedies I've found that consistently helps my depression. I've used St. John's wort before for treatment, but this particular blend is more wholesome and works in sync together. I enjoy the taste, it's zingy! Thank you <3 10/10 recommend
