Start seeds indoors or outdoors in the springtime. Skullcap prefers moist, rich soils and in my garden, it grows the best in part shade.
Harvest the above grown parts and use them fresh or dried (stems and all). A wonderfully calming plant that can be used as a tea or a tincture to wind down, take stress and pain out of the body and help us relax.
Each packet contains approximately 100 seeds harvested from my garden in 2018.
