Anise Hyssop Seeds
Anise Hyssop - Agastache foeniculum
Family: Mint (Lamiaceae)
Hardy to Zones 6 to 10
Start indoors or direct sow in spring when danger of frost has passed. Transplant to 2 ft apart. Anise hyssop likes rich soils and will grow well in full sun to part shade.
Harvest the leaves and flowering tops. Use fresh or dried in teas and tinctures to impart a wonderful, sweet, anise flavor that helps lift the spirit and settle the stomach.
Each packet contains approximately 200 seeds harvested from my garden in 2018.
